The Crawford dock seal with foam cushions is designed for applications where fleet vehicle sizes are identical. It is a cost-effective solution, meeting most customer demands not least in the furniture, clothing and express parcel delivery industries. Since the foam cushion slightly reduces the width of the available door opening, non-palletised goods are recommended to avoid side cushion damage during loading and unloading. The top foam cushion will be adapted to the height of the vehicles.

Simple and effective design
The foam cushion is coated with a 3 mm thick, impact resistant material with two supporting woven inlays for high wear and tear resistance.

- Side Cushions with wear pleats
2 mm PVC curtain first layer, plus 1 mm PVC curtain overlapping wear pleats. Improved function for vertical movements of vehicles during loading and unloading. Less friction from vehicle body for longer lifetime of the SC shelter. Less draught into the building.

- All cushions are made of 2 mm thick material.
Side cushions and top cushion covered with 2 mm PVC curtain on all sides.  Protection against possible damages from handling equipment during loading traffic.

- Top curtain
3 mm PVC top curtain in front of the cushions. Length 600 / 700 mm.
Flexibility for seal of different vehicle heights. Less draught into the building.
